In Denmark Easter is one of the most “hyggelige” occasions, when family and friends gather to enjoy great company and certainly great traditional Danish food.

With Easter fast approaching we invite you to celebrate Easter with us at CPH Cooking Class.
Saturday April 11th we invite you to our large communal table to eat together, causally laugh, actually talk, expands our horizons and spend some needed quality time together.
But before sitting down to enjoy the feast we will be spending some time preparing the food together with our chef.
We have a menu of some of the best traditional Danish Easter items, so you will have the chance to learn some classic dishes to celebrate Easter.  Then we’ll set the table with the many different elements – think tapas, Nordic style – which are used as toppings for our famous dark rye bread, and dine & hygge together.

Hands on cooking class
Recipe booklet with all of the specialty recipes of the day
Dine and hygge after the class and enjoy an Easter feast together
Bottle of beer and snaps served with lunch
