Class Description

Christmas is one of our favorit time a year. – Family, friends, food and lots of traditions are all parts of making Christmas a special occasion.

In Denmark, the four Sundays leading up to Christmas (advent) are often spent together with friends and family preparing for the big evening. The advents are spent with “hygge” and creating decorations, or as in this case creating the Christmas Sweets.

We are very proud to present our own sugar expert, Naja Søndergaard who will be hosting a Christmas Chocolate Truffles & French Nougat Class, so that you can learn how to create and re-create delicious sweets.

Together you will be creating French Nougat and three types of Chocolate Truffels. You will be filling up cellophan bags of delicious treats to bring home for the next coming advents or even Christmas eve (if any left).

The events is approx. 3 – 3 1/2 hours and we will be serving some fresh made buns and coffee, tea and water along the way.
