Our Smørrebrød Mini is a crash course in creating beautiful open faced sandwiches. It’s just the thing if you don’t have much time to join our full class but still want to learn the art of lunch, Danish style
In this class you will assemble your own lunch by styling the best sandwiches in the world – Danish Smørrebrød (open faced sandwich).
All of the seasonal and traditional toppings are prepared by our chef, but you will be hands on finishing some of the final toppings and garnishes. Then you will assemble and decorate your very own smørrebrød, with guidance towards the traditions, so that your smørrebrød are satisfying to all of the senses – especially the eye – and not least the taste buds.
Your class concludes with a hygge communal dining table. We will come together to dine, cheers with snaps and make our own memories of how we just created the best sandwich in the world.
