If you’re only in Copenhagen for a short time, but really want to get your hands on making some delicious baked goods, then this 2 hour class is for you.
Our chefs will prepare various types of doughs in advance so they have proved and are ready to be used as soon as the class begins.
And since the dough is ready, you can focus on the fun stuff – shaping, rolling, folding and molding these doughs into delicious baked goods. You will also prepare some lovely toppings and fillings to be used during the class, and we will share some top tips for creating the famous dark Danish rye bread, as well as starting your own sourdough mother.
Join Shape and Bake if you enjoy learning by doing, and with very different types of doughs you will gain all the knowledge you’ll need to re-create these exciting pastries and buns at home.
While everything is baking there will plenty of time for questions, and before you know it you’ll be back exploring the city a bag full of freshly baked goodies.
Your course includes
- Welcome refreshments served throughout the class
