Hver lørdag er dagen, hvor vi forkæler jer!
Thomas vores gode kok har kreeret byens bedste opskrifter på Biscuit Benedict som er vores nye skud på brunch tallerknen, som i skal lave med kyndig vejledning + tilbehør!

Vi har selv savnet et sted hvor der endelig serveres Biscuit Benedict og kærlighed på én og samme tallerken.
Derfor vælger vi at præsenterer vores bud på en brunch klub sammen med jer.

For de er jer, der ikke er bekendte med Biscuits. Kan vi bedst beskrive en biscuit som en kombination af en scone og en engelsk muffin, et flaky og crispy stykke brød men crumbly som en scone, lamineret som en pastry, og alligevel blød som en engelsk muffin . – Mon det overhoved giver mening?! Du må smage for dig selv, komme og bage, lave ægte hollandaise, porcheret æg, hjemmelavet pølser og så kan i lige hjælpe os med adjektiverne på beskrivelsen af en Biscuit.

– Herlighedenerne gør i hvertfald godt for både gane, mave og sjæl.

Vi glæder os til at se jer inde på Herluf Trolles Gade.

This is a hands on cooking experience where you will learn to make (and eat) an amazing brunch plate.

Learn to make biscuits, flaky and crispy breads that are crumbly like a scone, laminated like a pastry and yet soft like an English muffin. You have to taste it yourself!
Topped with perfectly poached eggs (we’ll show you how), a gorgeous hollandaise sauce, plus the cutest brunch salad, there is plenty for you to learn and do. Top off all that hard work with the most perfect brunch plate that you created, served with coffee, tea and juice – this is how you do brunch!
